Choose the fastest trip and the best time of day for your trip.
- Click schedules and sample fares.
- Scroll down and type New York City in the From box.
- In the To box, type Washington DC.
- In the Departure boxes, click Dec 3 6 AM.
- Then click Get Schedule.

- The 201 Metroliner leaves New York at 5:25 AM and arrives in Washington, DC at 8:33 AM. Draw these times in a clock face. Then write how long the trip will take.
- If it takes you ninety minutes to get up, pack, and get from home to the New York train station, what time would you have to wake up? Write the math problem in two different ways.
- You don't want to get up too early. What train could you take if you decided to get up at 5:30 AM?
