What's your money worth in other countries? Use the Web site to find out what items cost in U.S. dollars. Convert foreign currency to U.S. dollars to solve the problems below.

  1. On a trip to Paris, France, you see a tennis racket you like in a sporting goods store. The racket is on sale for 337 French francs. In the United States, you can buy the same racket for $72.95. Should you buy the racket in France or in the United States? Convert the French francs to U.S. dollars to find out.
