Extraordinary Cats, a PBS Web site, provides a summary of the information about cats presented in the 1999 PBS Nature program. Learn about cats that have committed brave acts, cats that find their way home form distant places, and discover other cat resources.
What to Do
Help students read the information at the site. Paraphrase and explain the facts for them whenever necessary.

What to Do
Encourage students to describe how the illustration on the page changes as David works.
Invite students to discuss how pictures help tell a story.
