About the Site
Students at Alderwood Elementary School in Bellingham, Washington, created this online museum that features stories about their ancestors' immigration to America. The museum contains three wings: Our Immigration Wing, the Ellis Island Wing and the Native American Wing, where stories, photographs, and links to related sites can be found. The site also contains an audio clip with greetings in Vietnamese and Spanish.
