Step 1. Questions

Some mixtures happen on purpose. Others happen by accident. Some mixtures become something new. Others can be taken apart.

Look at page 312 of your textbook. Write a story about the mixture. Here are some questions to think about:
  • What is a mixture?
  • How did the mixture in the picture happen?
  • Did the mixture make something new? Can it be taken apart?
