Step 1. Questions

There are different kinds of plants. Trees are plants. Fruits and vegetables are plants, too. What is your favorite plant?

Tell about a plant that you have seen. Why is it your favorite? First, look up information about plants. Here are some questions to think about:
  • What parts do plants have?
  • What makes my plant special?
  • What does my plant look like?
Are you ready? Look for answers to the questions. Visit the Web sites in Step 2. Write about what you learn in the boxes.
