Step 1. Questions

Plants are an important part of your life. You eat plants. You use things that come from plants. You also breathe oxygen, a gas that plants make.

Here are some questions about plants. Read them, and then research the answers.
  • How do a plant’s parts help it stay alive?
  • How do people use plants? List some examples.
  • What plants would you like to grow in a garden? Why?
  • What other questions do you have about plants?
To research plants, visit the Internet sites listed in Step 2. Then follow Step 3 to write your report.
