Offline Activity: Mississippi’s Economic Facts
Make a poster illustrating Mississippi economic facts. Write economic facts from the Web site onto index cards. Use a separate card for each fact. Draw an outline map of Mississippi in the center of a large piece of paper. On the map, locate and write the names of the cities that are discussed on the Web site. Next to each city’s name, write the names of the industries or businesses that are found there. Attach the economic facts index cards around the map. Don’t forget to title your poster “Mississippi’s Economic Facts.”
