Online Activity: Complete the Career Sentences
Use the information at the Web site to answer the following questions. In each blank below type the word or words from the Word Bank that complete the sentence.

Offline Activity: Awesome Animal Careers
Choose one career from the Web site. With your partner, write a news report. One partner will play the part of a television reporter, and the other partner will play the part of the worker. The reporter will interview the worker about his or her job. Be sure to include information about what the worker does, why it is important, and why it is exciting. For example, the reporter might ask the worker questions such as: How did you prepare for this career? or What are you working on right now? Then perform your news report for the class!
